my family had a fantastic christmas party at this hotel! the staff was welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel special. our stay exceeded all my expectations, and we loved the location and amenities.

amazing walking distance to parks and historic sites

I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved how easy it was to walk to both Haddad Riverfront Park, which is just a 1 km stroll away, and Charleston City Hall, only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. the friendly staff made me feel so safe exploring the area as a solo traveler.

I loved how comfy the bed was and that they had a Starbucks right in the lobby. After a long day, I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub, which were both fantastic amenities. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. ☕

the courtyards offer clean accommodations and a quiet location near the event center. the spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower was a nice touch. i appreciated the free in-room wifi for my family during our stay. plus, the hot tub was a relaxing way to unwind.

but the bed was a bit hard, and the pillows didn't provide much support. i’d suggest they improve the bedding.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The riverside views from my Standard King Room with Sofa Bed were nothing short of breathtaking, especially at sunset. Not to mention, the outdoor fire pit provided the perfect cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring!

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby, featuring modern furnishings and comfortable seating that made it a delightful place to relax. The location provided easy access to downtown attractions, perfect for seniors wanting to explore the area.

Disappointingly, the room did not have a bathtub despite assurances it would. this left a sour taste upon arrival. The mounted TV was at an awkward angle, making it uncomfortable to watch. Additionally, the absence of complimentary breakfast options was frustrating, especially when nearby hotels provided this service. Relying on the bistro for meals was costly with limited choices, and the nearby dining options were not easily accessible if you wanted something quick.
